• Information from third parties: public property records, MLS data (BeachesMLS and MIAMI REALTORS IDX feeds), county property appraiser records, and directory information used to prepare valuations and confirm contact details.

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Match buyers with relevant homes, communities, and off-market opportunities
• Prepare valuations and respond to seller inquiries
• Deliver market updates and related communications you have opted into
• Improve our website, content, and service offerings
• Comply with legal, regulatory, and licensing obligations (including those imposed by the Florida Real Estate Commission and applicable REALTOR® associations)
• Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited circumstances:

• With service providers who help us operate our business (email delivery, analytics, hosting, CRM) under contractual privacy obligations.
• Within our brokerage: with Keller Williams Realty as required to provide brokerage services and meet licensing obligations.

6. Email and phone communications

6a. Text messages (SMS)

When you tick the text-message box on one of our forms, or give us your mobile number and ask us to text you, you are giving The Luxury Advisors permission to send you text messages about the inquiry you made, properties you asked about, and appointment coordination. We do not send bulk marketing texts.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, and HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of buying, selling or leasing anything with us.

Mobile information or text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

You can also withdraw consent at any time by emailing [email protected]. We honor opt-out requests promptly, and an opt-out on one number does not affect the email or phone contact you have separately agreed to.

7. MLS and listing data

Listing information displayed on this site may be sourced from the BeachesMLS or MIAMI REALTORS IDX feed. That data is provided for your personal, non-commercial use to identify prospective properties you may be interested in purchasing, and is owned by the respective listing brokerages and rights holders.

8. Data security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to minimize risk and limit access to information on a need-to-know basis.

9. Your choices and rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before honoring a request. Florida residents and residents of other jurisdictions with applicable privacy laws may have additional rights, which we honor as required.

10. Children's privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Third-party links

Our website may link to third-party sites (for example, community or brokerage sites). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties.

12. Changes to this policy
