How consent is obtained
Web form. A person enters their name, mobile number and email on the form above and ticks a checkbox that is not ticked for them. The checkbox carries the full disclosure: who sends the messages, what they are about, that frequency varies, that message and data rates may apply, that STOP opts out and HELP gets help, and that consent is not a condition of any purchase. The Privacy Policy and Terms of Service are linked beside it. Nothing is sent until that box is ticked and the form submitted.
Verbal. On a recorded call, a licensed broker reads the same disclosure and the caller agrees. The number is then entered into the same system and treated identically.
Never bundled, never implied. Text consent is a separate control on its own. It is never combined with an email sign-up, and submitting any other form on this website, requesting a guide, or giving us a number for a call does not enroll anyone in text messages.
Records. We keep the date and time of consent, the number, and the page it was given on, for as long as the number stays subscribed and afterwards as proof of the opt-out.
The programme
Who sends them. Anthony Conners, a licensed Florida real estate broker at Atlantic Luxury Advisors, from (561) 332-1736.
What they contain. Replies to what you asked us, documents you requested, showing and call times, and occasional one to one follow ups about a home you have already shown interest in.
How often. Message frequency varies. In practice a few messages a week at most, and only while you have something open with us.
How to stop. Reply STOP to any message and they end immediately. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan. We never charge you for messages.
It is optional. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying or selling anything with us, and declining changes nothing about how we work with you.
Mobile information or text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
